2. Review and sign your BVB Bridal Contract and submit your 25% Wedding Retainer to make everything official! 3. Choose your desired Bridal Trial Date/Time (if applicable).

4. Discuss Makeup Expectations.

Yes, a Travel Fee of $60.00 applies to all Mobile Services in the Ottawa Area. For locations outside of Ottawa, the Travel Fee is $60.00 + $0.50/km travelled outside of Ottawa, one way. Travel Fees are not included in our BVB Bridal Packages, they are calculated separately based on your location and added to your Personalized BVB Bridal Quote.

For Example: If you are getting ready at The Grand Hotel Carleton Place, your Travel Fee will be: $60 + ($0.50/km x 52km) = $85​

Please Note: All Weddings with a travel time of 1.5 hours or more are subject to a compulsory Accommodation Fee of $160.00 (Flat Rate to ensure affordability) for the night prior to the event (This does not apply to Bridal Trials). For destination weddings, please inquire for more details.

We recommend booking your Makeup Artist as early as possible! Ideally, secure your spot 1 year to 11 months in advance. Our schedule fills up quickly, and booking in advance ensures your date is available.

We recommend booking your Bridal Trial no less than 3 months in advance. By this time, most of your wedding details should be in place, helping us to create a makeup look that aligns with your overall vision. It also allows time to adjust your skincare routine or fine-tune your look if needed.

Preparation is KEY to a long lasting and flawless makeup look! Here's how to prepare for your Bridal Makeup Appointment:

- Exfoliate leading up to your special day (especially the night before).

- Stick to your skincare routine.

- Drink plenty of water and eat healthy.

- Groom your brows!

- Consider investing in facials for an added glow.

Note: Any waxing/threading should be done at least one week in advance to avoid irritation. Full prep details will be sent to you in an email closer to your special day!

Your makeup will last until you decide to remove it. Yes, even through the waterworks!

We ensure longevity while prioritizing comfort by pairing professional techniques with high-end products to ensure you look fabulous from start to end.

Each makeup application varies depending on the type:

- Bridal Applications & Additional Applications: 1 hour

- Jr. Applications: Approximately 45 minutes

- Flower Girls: 10 minutes each

We always factor in an extra 1 hour for setup, cleanup, sanitation between applications, and final touch-ups. For example, for a bridal party of Bride+5, the total time required will be around 6 hours (7:00am-1:00pm).

An Additional MUA is required for larger Bridal Parties (4+) with early finish times.

Yes! Our Signature Timeless Glam is our preferred choice for Bridesmaids and Additional Applications. This versatile look can be tailored to suit each individual's requests and preferences.

The primary advantage of having a go-to look for Bridesmaids and Additional Applications is the time-saving aspect. Mornings are often on a tight schedule, so having a consistent look makes everything run smoothly. Additionally, it ensures beautiful and cohesive photos for the entire group.

Note: If a Bridesmaid prefers a Full Glam look, there is an additional $25 charge to cover extra makeup and time.

We don't have a studio location at this time. Instead, we offer mobile services. This means we bring our services directly to you, whether it's at your home, venue, or any other convenient location. Mobile services provide flexibility and convenience, saving you time and hassle by eliminating the need to travel to a studio. Plus, you get to enjoy our services in the comfort of your own space!
